*Students who do not have a packet submitted will not be placed in a classroom
*Each student needs a packet completed
*Teacher notifications will go out Friday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.

Volunteer Form

*Must be completed each year
*Any parent or guardian who would like to volunteer for field trips, classroom activities, campus events, or any other school volunteer opportunities must have a current Volunteer Application
*TB clearances are valid for four (4) years
