Dailey Charter was authorized by the Fresno Unified Board of Trustees and opened in August 2010. Dailey is a publicly funded charter school and school of choice with no attendance boundaries. Dailey was authorized as an International Baccalaureate World School in April 2013. Dailey has also been recognized as a California Distinguished School, California Gold Ribbon School, and Fresno State’s Excellence in Character and Civic Education through the Bonner Foundation.

We are a K-5 School Featuring:

IB Mission Statement

The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.

To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.

These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.


Dailey Elementary Charter Mission Statement

Dailey Elementary Charter School aims to develop, empower, and foster internationally-minded students, through the balancing of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program and the State Standards, to become life-long learners and leaders.

As part of the K-12 continuum, students will be equipped with the critical life skills necessary for college and future global opportunities. Students will be empowered through critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration to make connections with the world around them to become active global citizens that are inspired to take action within their local and global communities.
